PT Betterial Film Indonesia was founded in August 2024 and headquartered in Kabil, Batam, Indonesia, officially commencing production in April 2025. The factory manufactures solar module encapsulant film products, with an annual production capacity of 100 million square meters of EVA/POE encapsulant film.
The facility is equipped with advanced automated EVA/POE manufacturing equipment and an integrated production line incorporating intelligent material batching, melt extrusion, precision casting, constant-temperature curing, and online quality inspection — enabling fully automated and standardized production throughout the entire photovoltaic encapsulant film manufacturing process.
Utilizes advanced automated EVA/POE production lines to deliver efficient, standardized, and high-quality PV encapsulant films.
Supported by a high-precision equipment control system; which effectively minimizes errors caused by manual operations while significantly improving product stability and consistency.

The production line meets mass-production requirements for EVA and POE encapsulant film featuring high transparency, high aging resistance, and low shrinkage — suited to conventional, double-glass, and high-efficiency N-type modules.
Automation improves capacity utilization and delivery efficiency while reducing energy consumption and defect rates. From Batam, Betterial serves photovoltaic customers across Southeast Asia, Europe, the Americas, and beyond with reliable, large-scale supply.
